This watch dial had an interesting problem, it had some bumps and blisters that looked like something had been forced through the dial from the reverse side. They were quite pronounced and visible. I used gold leaf as it has a great property in reflecting light in multiple directions which is useful for covering 3D issues. The bird and branches provide flecks of color and lines to connect the patches of gold.
