Blue bird on blossom

This dial had developed a wonderful blue green tint which was considered to be a perfect backdrop for a floral and bird design. In this case, due to some of the dial's damage, we opted for larger flowers than used previously, and a larger bird to allow a more detailed rendering of the patterns and feathers. The relatively large dial allowed this to be done without becoming overbearing.
